Service scope
This Support page is hosted on the public CuliQuiz marketing website. The CuliQuiz application is a separate environment consisting of the iOS and Android mobile application and the player web application. Please state clearly where an issue occurred.
The public website may use website analytics and marketing technologies in accordance with the cookie settings and Privacy Policy. These website technologies are not part of the CuliQuiz application. The application does not contain advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
What to include
To help us resolve your issue, please include:
- the email address connected to your CuliQuiz account, if applicable;
- where the issue occurred and what you expected to happen;
- your device model, operating system, browser and app version, where relevant;
- the name of the campaign or organisation, if relevant; and
- a screenshot, if this helps explain the issue.
Protect your account
Never send us your password, verification code, payment-card details or other sensitive login information.
Account and data deletion
To request permanent deletion of your CuliQuiz account and associated personal data, use the deletion option in the app under Profile > Settings > Delete account, or visit:
