Yes, as a tool. AI helps us work faster, but our hospitality pros decide what your team plays. The knowledge comes from us.

Your menu and your team's data are stored in a secure European cloud environment. Only the admins of your environment see, per staff member, which campaigns have been completed and which badges have been earned. Read more in our privacy policy.

By our own development team, from an architecture designed up front with security as the starting point (Security by Design). Not by generating features from loose prompts. We work in fixed sprints, with separate test and live environments, version control and controlled releases. Data protection, payments and scalability are part of the design from the start. AI helps us build, but our developers decide the architecture and the quality.

From €49 per month, excl. VAT. With the founding deal, until the end of January 2027, you get ten active players instead of five. You keep that for a full year. An active player is someone who has played in that period. Anyone who has only been invited does not count.

No. You choose your subject areas with us and we set up the questions. You can add your own questions and house rules if you like.

No. You only pay for people who play in that period. Anyone who does not play costs nothing.

We get in touch and set up your environment together. Then you share the link or QR code and your team can start playing straight away.

No. There is no contract and you cancel monthly. The 30-day trial never rolls over into a paid subscription, because you do not give any payment details.

Just your menu. Send it over and we write the questions. Your team plays on their own phone, in the app or in the browser.

You see per topic and per team how knowledge is holding up and where it falls behind. Per staff member you see which campaigns have been completed and which badges have been earned. Players see their own progress.

Someone who has played at least one session with your venue's content within your subscription period. Only being invited, registering or logging in does not count. Brand campaigns do not count towards your bill either.

Only the fixed price of your package. For players above the included number, you pay nothing if they have not played.

Thirty days free, with no payment details up front. With the founding deal, until the end of January 2027, ten active players are included instead of five: during the trial and for a full year after. The trial never turns into a subscription on its own.

Yes. There is no contract: you cancel monthly. You can always switch to another package and it never happens automatically: we let you know when another package works out cheaper, you decide.
